Always remember, open and close the jumpring sideways, never pull it into a bigger circle than it started out.
Hold the jumpring in the tips of 2 pairs of standard pliers
Position the plier tips in the centre of each half
Gently twist the right side towards yourself, twist the left half away
You will have a jumpring that is open to receive the parts to be joined together
Insert the parts to be joined, then close it back up the opposite way, twist the right side away, twist the left side towards yourself
Remember to open the ring by twisting side to side, do NOT pull the 2 ends open to make a gaping hole - it won't return to a nice round shape!
